A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

PROPERTY MANAGER
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
We are a Property Management Firm seeking an experienced, responsible, and highly organized Property Manager to join our team. The Property Manager will be responsible for managing properties on behalf of our property management firm and handling the day-to-day operations, tenants, owners, accounting, and property-related matters.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
day-to-day management of properties managed by our firm Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors Handle monthly accounting and owner payouts Coordinate rent collection and tenant accounts Handle tenant requests, complaints, and concerns Coordinate maintenance, repairs, vendors, and contractors Conduct property inspections and follow up on property conditions Handle move-ins, move-outs, notices, and other property management duties Maintain accurate records, documentation, and financial information Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure problems are resolved promptly Manage multiple properties and priorities in a high-paced environment Take ownership of responsibilities and ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally
QUALIFICATIONS BILINGUAL ENGLISH & SPANISH IS A MUST
We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in property management Highly organized and dependable Comfortable handling accounting and financial responsibilities Professional and confident when communicating with owners and tenants Friendly, approachable, but firm when necessary Able to enforce policies and follow through on commitments A strong problem solver who can work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced property management firm Able to handle multiple properties and responsibilities at the same time
