Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Level UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) Residential Property Manager to oversee the management of exclusive luxury properties. This role demands a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering unparalleled client service. As the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, you will ensure the seamless operation, maintenance of prestigious residential estates. Your expertise in property management, basic legal regulations, and team leadership will drive excellence in every aspect of property oversight, creating an exceptional living experience for our distinguished clientele. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of ultra-luxury residential properties, maintenance, and family relations Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and property management to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety Utilize our property management program to track financials and maintenance schedules Maintain detailed records through data entry, filing, and administrative documentation using Microsoft Office. Handle conflict management and dispute resolution with service providers while adhering to fiduciary responsibility on bahalf of all parties. Communicate effectively with clients through personalized updates, negotiations, and contract management to enhance client satisfaction and retention Supervise property staff and vendors to ensure efficient operations and uphold service standards Implement budgeting strategies to optimize operational costs while maintaining luxury standards Qualifications Proven experience managing high-end residential properties. Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and client communication in a luxury setting Excellent organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing, contract administration, and management Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Prior experience supervising teams or managing property staff effectively Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional etiquette and "white glove" elite, customized care characterized by anticipation, absolute discretion, and proactive asset protection. Pay:
$100,965.78 - $121,593.20 per year
