Now hiring a Community Manager to lead a beautiful 100 unit apartment community in Santa Cruz, CA. If you run a property like a well-oiled machine and keep residents happy, and are effective in leadership, we want to hear from you. What you'll do: Oversee all community operations and lead the on-site team Drive leasing and marketing strategy to maintain high occupancy Manage rent collection, delinquencies, budgets, and vendor contracts Ensure compliance with company policy and Fair Housing laws What we're looking for: 2+ years as a Property Manager in multifamily Proven success with occupancy, budgets, and resident satisfaction Working knowledge with conventional property managment and Section 8 Proficiency in property management software (Entrata)
