Job Description

Local manufacturing company in Santa Cruz looking for a Production Associate to help build components and products while working in a safe, team-oriented environment. If you're dependable, detail-oriented and motivated to do quality work, please click on the link to apply.

We're looking for someone reliable, with a good work ethic, good communication skills, and the desire to learn something new, and potentially start a new career!
Responsibilities Include:
  • Assemble components according to established procedures.
  • Follow production schedules and complete assigned work on time.
  • Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.
  • Inspect parts and completed work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with teammates and other departments to meet production goals.
  • Follow all company quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to help the team succeed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, mechanical, or technical experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
