$80k-90k Annually The salary range for this position is $80,000- $90,000 per year for employees hired in the Central Valley, CA. The pay range provided in this job posting represents the typical range or starting rate of candidates hired within the Central Valley region. Make a Meaningful Impact Aspiranet, a leading California-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting children, youth, and families, is seeking a Clinician (STRTP) to join our Family and Community Services division. In this role, you'll provide case management and home visitation services that support family stability, early child development, and healthy parent-child relationships. By engaging families through personalized services, workshops, and community resources, you'll help ensure children and caregivers have the tools they need to thrive. Position Summary The Family Support Specialist provides home visitation and case management services to families, ensuring quality programming and adherence to funder and regulatory guidelines. You'll support families through weekly visits, developmental curriculum instruction, community connections, and program engagement activities all while building strong, trusting relationships that empower families and children. Key Responsibilities Residential Youth Support- Completes client screenings/assessments in collaboration with cottage treatment team.
- Develops and implements safety and treatment plans in collaboration with cottage treatment team.
- Provides individual, family, or group therapy both in-person and in-cottage.
- Utilizes evidence based/promising practice principles (individually and as part of the cottage treatment team) to support youth.
- Contributes to building and maintaining a treatment milieu which supports trauma resolution and clinical progress for.
