ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, occupancy-driven Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a 105-unit residential community. This role is central to keeping the property fully leased — you'll build strong resident relationships, and help create a well-maintained, welcoming community for residents.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Serve as the on-site point of contact for all residents — handle questions, concerns, and day-to-day needs Conduct move-in and move-out inspections Enforce community policies and lease terms consistently and fairly Maintain accurate resident files, notices, and property records Lease vacant units to maintain maximum occupancy Conduct property tours, and follow up promptly with prospective residents Screen applicants and process applications, lease agreements, and renewals in compliance with Fair Housing regulations Collect rent, post payments, and follow up on delinquencies

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a candidate with leasing and property management experience and a track record of strong occupancy results. Minimum 2 years of residential leasing or property management experience Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills Working knowledge of lease administration and Fair Housing compliance Bilingual in English and Spanish — strongly preferred Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Employment contingent upon successful background check and employment verification
