Duties Create a welcoming, positive studio environment and build strong client relationships. Manage front desk responsibilities, including client check-in, phone, text, and email communication. Address client questions and membership concerns while supporting client retention. Support daily studio operations, including cleanliness, policies, and procedures. Monitor key business metrics through MarianaTek. Coordinate instructor needs, including substitute coverage. Follow up with leads, prospective clients, new clients, and former clients. Assist with promotions, email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and blog content. Assist with planning and executing studio events and community initiatives. Take the lead on projects and other responsibilities as needed. Experience Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Comfortable with sales, client follow-up, and relationship building. Interest in wellness, community building, and social media/marketing.
