Full-Time Property Management Assistant Roadrunner Realty - Twentynine Palms, CA We're hiring a reliable Property Management Assistant to support our Twentynine Palms office. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day property operations, tenant support, and office coordination. Key Responsibilities Show rental properties to prospective tenants Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and complete condition reports Coordinate and dispatch vendors for repairs and maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and work orders Provide front-desk reception and general administrative support for the office Assist with basic marketing and business development tasks related to the rental portfolio Requirements Customer service experience preferred Reliable personal transportation (required for property showings and inspections) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, scheduling, simple documentation) Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Schedule Monday-Friday, typically 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekends as needed Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week In-person only (Twentynine Palms office) Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Paid time off: 5 days after 1 year, 10 days after 3 years 3 paid sick days per year No other benefits offered If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy working directly with properties and people, we'd like to hear from you.
