Responsibilities Assist in managing daily property and office operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant communications Support lease or rental agreement management, ensuring all documentation complies with legal standards and company policies Utilize property management tools to maintain accurate records of occupancy, rent payments, and maintenance requests Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to uphold high standards of safety and quality Handle client communication with professionalism via phone, email, and in person; address tenant inquiries promptly and effectively Requirements Experience with property management software Strong background in real estate administrative functions including data entry, filing, and contract management Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations and lease/rental agreement procedures Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities Office experience demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management tools Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Experience in property leasing, sales, or property management company operations is highly desirable Strong team management skills with the ability to support staff training and foster collaborative work environments Familiarity with property maintenance practices and facilities management processes is advantageous
