Reliable, with a valid driver's license and personal transportation. Comfortable basic computer skills for record-keeping. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus. Duties:
Must be available and act as primary contact for resident inquiries, issues, and emergencies and report to Property Management for all circumstances as soon as possible. Contact Property Management for any issues reported or seen, especially any maintenance issues. Be available for showing vacancies and letting maintenance into units. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety and reporting to Property Management. Post and serve legal notices.Communicate with and be available for

Prior experience as resident manager preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong multitasking ability with keen attention to detail.
