Role:
Join Westpark Apartments as a Resident Manager, where you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming community for our residents. Located in beautiful Westminster, CA, this position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance the living experience at our property.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the apartment complex to ensure a high standard of living. Manage resident relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of repairs. Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness. Assist with leasing activities, including showings and tenant screenings. Maintain accurate records of resident information and property finances. Collaborate with vendors and contractors for property improvements and services.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management or a related field required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents effectively. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair processes. Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience with Appfolio highly preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Customer-focused attitude with a passion for community building.
