Job Description
With over 30 years in business in the Aspen area, we are looking for a strong
ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
to join our team! We have a wonderful company culture and look forward to expanding our team with this critical role. You must be trustworthy, dependable, and can commute/relocate to the Aspen area. Job Summary The Assistant Manager supports the Client Services Manager(s) in maintaining high standards across client homes. This hands-on role helps coordinate daily Crew Member activity, complete property checklists, support seasonal and operational tasks, supervise service vendors, and respond professionally to client-home needs.- Support Client Services Manager(s) with daily property operations.
- Outline, oversee, and check accuracy of Crew Members' daily work.
- Perform arrival and departure preparations according to each home checklist.
- Understand essential home systems and functionality and communicate needs or issues promptly.
- Complete seasonal and physical tasks, including snow removal, gutter cleaning, hardscape cleaning/sealing, and other needs that may arise.
- Move household items to/from home or storage unit using trucks, trailers, with proper tie-down methods.
- Discard materials from homes to landfill when required.
- Drive vehicles to and from the airport or service facilities as needed.
- Meet, coordinate, and supervise vendors as required.
- Monitor home inventory needs and inform the Client Services Manager(s). Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Residential property management experience required, or similar relevant experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, load, and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physical labor tasks.
- Clean driving record required.
- Strong teamwork, communication, organization, professionalism, technical, and leadership skills.
- Ability to receive directions from Client Services Manager(s) and provide clear instructions to Crew Members. Job Type, Schedule & Location

Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm and occasional weekend coverage based on business demandsWork Location:
Aspen, CO; in-person required Compensation & Benefits- Starting pay range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
