Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Aspen, Colorado (on-site only) Company Overview The Connected Concierge Management Group provides concierge and property management services to 18 of Aspen, Colorado's most affluent and private households. Drawing from her years as a senior concierge at The Little Nell and The Ritz Carlton, founder and CEO Lee Bryant and her team brings luxury hospitality to private home care. Exceeding typical property management standards, CCMG aims to anticipate homeowners' needs at every turn. Role Overview This role is all about blending five-star hospitality with the precision of top-tier property management. As the trusted point of contact for Aspen's most discerning homeowners, you'll ensure their homes are cared for with the same attention to detail as a luxury hotel suite—while also creating the seamless, elevated experiences that make mountain living extraordinary. From troubleshooting property systems to orchestrating unforgettable family adventures, you'll be the one making sure every detail is handled with discretion, efficiency, and a touch of magic. The job requires a unique mix of practical know-how, refined service standards, and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused when unexpected challenges arise. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives in high-touch, high-expectation environments. You're someone who can confidently manage vendors and staff, anticipate homeowner needs before they're spoken and move fluidly between logistics, hospitality, and relationship management. Deep knowledge of the Aspen lifestyle is a must—you'll be recommending local experiences just as often as you'll be overseeing repairs. Who You are
  • Minimum 5 years experience in property management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality
  • Proven track record of managing employees
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and solution-oriented attitude
  • Experience dealing with high net-worth homeowners is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Personable, respectful and approachable with clients and team members
  • Professional, clean appearance at all times
  • Highly organized and proactive thinker
  • Deep knowledge of the Aspen area, activities, offerings and lifestyle
  • Have own personal vehicle, cell phone, laptop
  • Have a clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Have long-term, secure housing within 30 minutes' drive of Aspen Key Duties Homeowner Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners on property management issues
  • Respond in a timely manner to homeowner communications, delivering solutions quickly and professionally
  • Uphold hospitality standards of a 5-star hotel as it relates to property management
  • Manage homeowner expectations with respect and empathy
  • Be available for after hours response to urgent homeowner requests, building alarms or security breaches (qualifies for overtime pay) Property Management
  • Troubleshoot building problems such as A/V or internet connectivity issues, hot water or heat failures. Call repairmen when necessary to fix.
  • Supervise all on-site repairs and maintenance completed by outside vendors and uphold quality standards (spa maintenance, landscaping, etc)
  • Prepare for homeowner arrivals and departures preparations (washing cars, exterior house prep, car drops, etc)
  • Conduct a weekly walk-through of each property to monitor specific items one the maintenance checklist Team Leadership
  • Report to CEO any outside vendor quality issues and performance concerns
  • Support 4 housekeeping staff with supply runs and items as needed
  • Supervise 4 housekeeping staff and outside vendors for quality and thoroughness of wor
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
