Assistant Community Association Manager Requirements:
2+ years of Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat required Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required Familiarity with HOA operations or community governance preferred Knowledge of property maintenance and construction basics preferred Experience with property management software preferred

Assistant Community Association Manager Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Community Association Manager, you'll be the vital link between homeowners, board members, and our service teams Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance requests Assist in preparing and analyzing association budgets ranging from $50,000 to $1 million+ Conduct detailed property inspections using our mobile app, documenting conditions and recommending preventive maintenance Support board meeting logistics for communities of 6-150+ units, including preparing agendas and recording minutes Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
