Job Overview Altitude Resort Management is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Resident Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our resort community condo building. In this vital role, you will live on-site in the resident manager condo, serve as the primary point of contact for residents, perform standard property maintenance, coordinate technical maintenance, and oversee repairs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to live/work at a top ski destination while using your property management expertise to create a clean and positive experience for residents and guests. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of property maintenance, including cleaning, snow removal, hot tub maintenance, vendor management, resident issues, and parking passes Perform property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety and quality standards Utilize property management tools such as AppFolio to track maintenance requests, communicate with residents, track issues and verify task completion Live full time in resident manager condo, including availability for emergency issues Ensure adherence to Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act (CCIOA) requirements and Home Owner Association governing documents and rules Handle conflict management effectively by mediating disputes and resolving concerns promptly Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and records related to property operations Conduct regular inspections and property upkeep to ensure a safe and welcoming environment Collaborate with team members on budgeting and resident/guest communication strategies Foster strong relationships with residents through excellent communication and customer service Skills Proven ability in vendor management, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service excellence Skilled in facilities management, property maintenance, and basic budgeting practices Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite for data entry, reporting, and communication purposes Willingness to learn and use property management online tools and phone applications Effective client communication skills with a professional phone manner and conflict management capabilities Knowledge and ability to operate small equipment, like a Bobcat, snowblower, lawn mower, etc. CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license or willingness to take and pass 2-day online class (paid). Use of resident manager condominium (2-bedroom/1-bathroom) during employment Flexible schedule, required part-time 15-25 hours per week with opportunities for extra hours 4 weeks of paid time off, preferably not during ski season
