The Assistant Community Manager is responsible for administering the day-to-day leasing office operations and is responsible for overseeing all computer input of the apartment community. Technical/Professional Knowledge (Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience) High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 years property management experience at management level. Basic understanding of accounting, marketing concepts and analyzing data. Proven experience in customer service or property management is preferred. Excellent communication, written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
