May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description

Property Manager / Leasing Coordinator Mountain Haven Property Management is seeking an organized, personable, and service-oriented Property Manager to support the leasing and ongoing management of luxury residential rental properties throughout Colorado's foothill and mountain communities for a rapidly growing and highly rated business. This position works closely with property owners, tenants, applicants, vendors, and the Mountain Haven team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping the leasing and property-management process moving smoothly. Primary Responsibilities Serve as a main point of contact for assigned property owners and tenants. Assist with property onboarding, rental pricing recommendations, listings, applicant communication, and lease preparation. Coordinate showings, screening, lease signing, move-in details, utility transfers, keys, and required documentation. Communicate with owners and tenants regarding renewals, rent changes, lease questions, and general property concerns. Work with the Maintenance Coordinator and field staff to help schedule repairs, inspections, cleaning, and property turnover. Review inspection findings and help communicate any needed follow-up to owners or tenants. Maintain accurate property, lease, owner, and tenant records in Buildium. Assist with move-outs, security-deposit documentation, and preparation of properties for new tenants. Help ensure leases and property-management practices remain consistent with company policies and applicable Colorado requirements. Provide clear, professional, and responsive communication throughout the tenancy. Qualifications Previous property-management, leasing, real estate, administrative, or customer-service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion. Comfortable working with owners, tenants, vendors, and team members. Experience with Microsoft Office, electronic signatures, and property-management software is helpful; Buildium experience is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Local travel to properties will be needed, and business mileage will be reimbursed . Pay:
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
