Community Association Management | HOA Management Hiring Immediately - Experienced Community Association Manager
PLEASE NOTE
Direct HOA and/or Common Interest Community (CIC) Management experience is required. This position is not a fit for candidates whose experience is limited to apartment management, general property management, leasing, office management, hospitality, or customer service. We are specifically seeking an experienced Community Association Manager who has successfully managed HOA and/or Common Interest Communities and understands association governance, Board relations, compliance requirements, and community operations. If you have a strong background in HOA management and enjoy building relationships with Boards, homeowners, and community partners, we'd love to speak with you. What You'll Do As a Community Association Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of multiple homeowners' associations and common interest communities while serving as the primary liaison between homeowners, Boards of Directors, vendors, and community partners. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned HOA and Common Interest Communities (CICs) Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, Board members, vendors, and community stakeholders Build strong relationships through responsive communication and exceptional service Partner with Boards of Directors to support community initiatives and long-term planning Coordinate and lead Board meetings, annual meetings, and community meetings Prepare meeting agendas, management reports, and Board packets Develop and manage association budgets Present financial reports and community updates to Boards Interpret and administer governing documents, including CCRs, bylaws, rules, regulations, and policies Coordinate vendor services, maintenance projects, community improvements, and bids Oversee covenant enforcement, collections, architectural review, and compliance matters Conduct community inspections and follow up on violations and action items Coordinate with attorneys, insurance providers, title companies, lenders, and real estate professionals as needed Maintain accurate records using association management software Assist with reserve planning and insurance administration Ensure compliance with CCIOA and applicable Colorado HOA regulations What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 3+ years of direct Community Association Management experience Hands-on experience managing Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and/or Common Interest Communities (CICs) Strong understanding of association governance and Board operations Experience interpreting and enforcing governing documents Knowledge of Colorado HOA regulations and CCIOA requirements Experience preparing and managing community budgets Proven experience leading Board meetings and presenting to volunteer Boards Strong vendor management and project coordination experience Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple communities and priorities Reliable transportation and flexibility to attend occasional evening Board meetings Highly Preferred CMCA, AMS, CAM, PCAM, or similar industry certification Experience managing multiple associations simultaneously Architectural review experience Capital reserve planning experience Community association management software experience Strong financial reporting and budget management skills Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in the following positions are encouraged to apply: Community Association Manager HOA Manager HOA Community Manager Community Manager Association Manager Common Interest Community Manager HOA Portfolio Manager HOA Property Manager Residential Community Manager Community Association Portfolio Manager What Makes You Successful You're someone who: Understands how HOA Boards operate and make decisions Can confidently advise and guide Board members Builds trust with homeowners and community stakeholders Communicates professionally, even in difficult situations Takes ownership of issues and follows them through to resolution Is organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Balances customer service with policy enforcement Thrives while managing multiple communities and competing priorities Why Join Our Team Full-time, long-term career opportunity Established portfolio of HOA and Common Interest Communities Professional and supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and professional development Strong leadership support Meaningful work that directly impacts the communities you serve Opportunity to build lasting relationships with Boards and homeowners Apply Today We're actively interviewing experienced Community Association Managers.
