Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our dynamic property In Denver CO!
Schedule:
Monday-Friday In this vital role, you will support the overall operations of residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions, exceptional tenant relations, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help foster a positive living or working environment while maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction. Duties Assist in managing lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection processes using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite Support property leasing efforts by conducting property tours, upselling available units, and maintaining positive customer relationships Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards Handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and Section 8 programs to ensure full compliance Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and record-keeping for contracts, legal documents, and tenant files using office tools and CMMS systems Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, addressing tenant inquiries promptly and professionally Assist with conflict management between tenants or vendors by applying negotiation skills and conflict resolution techniques Experience Proven experience in property management Hands-on experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software systems Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 housing programs, and legal administrative procedures Strong background in customer service, sales, leasing negotiations, and contract management Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, facilities management, and office etiquette Demonstrated ability to handle conflict situations effectively while maintaining professionalism Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional property management services!
