Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager and PM MOD of Keystone Property Management Lodging Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of the night operations group of the Lodging Operations Team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across a broad and dynamic range of responsibilities. This role includes coordinating basic maintenance requests and unit deliveries, resolving guest and owner concerns, and supervising Guest Services Specialists in the field. The position requires regular interaction with emergency response partners, including Keystone Emergency Services, the Snake River Fire Department, Summit County Ambulance Service, and the Summit County Sheriff's Department. As such, strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations are essential. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and proven experience leading a sizable team. This Position will be 4 10's paired with after-hours emergency on-call support.Job Specifications:

Yes Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that Service Standards and MOD standards are consistently applied, and all company and departmental policies and procedures are followed. Train, coach, and develop the Lodging Operations Night Operations Team. Assist in leading stand-up meetings to ensure that the team is prepared for daily workload demands. Provide oversight and direction on work prioritization for the Night Operation Team. Answer PM MOD phone in a timely and professional manner. Assist with Lodging Operations Billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Support management of the Lodging Operations Fleet of Vehicles, including usage and accountability. Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with company policies. Complete basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Complete guest and owner requests, including lockouts, deliveries, service orders, and porterage. Collaborate with Governmental Emergency Response agencies as required. Provide overnight on-call lockout and emergency maintenance coverage for Keystone Property Management and Keystone Employee Housing. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of Front Desk and Contact Center operations. Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:
High School education or equivalent- Required Proficiency working with computer and phone applications and systems
- Required Basic reading, spelling, and math skills
- Required Ability to converse clearly and comfortably with many different types of people in English
- Required Ability to work with guests using good social manners, diplomacy, and tact
- Required Valid US Driver's License, Clean driving record and must be able to pass a Vail MVR
- Required Ability to work well under pressure
- Required Previous hotel/hospitality experience
- Preferred The expected pay range is $57,784.00
