Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to oversee a 168-unit portfolio, supported by on-site leasing and maintenance teams. The role is based out of Holiday Gardens, located in Lakewood, CO. Lakewood is a high-demand, fast-moving market and requires a leader who is comfortable balancing operations, performance goals, and resident needs. This role is ideal for a strong leader who enjoys developing teams, improving systems, and driving performance with both care and accountability.
