Job Description
Are you looking to get into the Property Management industry? Do you feel comfortable leading meetings and speaking in front of a group of people? Do you have Management and/or Sales experience? If you've answered yes, we'd be glad to hear from you. Community Management Specialists is seeking a HOA Property Manager to join our team and oversee day-to-day operations, strategic planning, and board advisory and leadership for multiple HOA communities. Training will be provided. In this role, you'll serve as the key liaison between homeowners, boards, vendors, and internal teams—ensuring each community is efficiently managed, financially sound, and a great place to live for homeowners. From supporting board governance and managing capital improvement projects to fostering resident engagement and mentoring junior staff, you'll play a critical role in the long-term success of our communities.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems Intent to build a career in Property and HOA Management This position requires occasional evening meetings, use of a personal vehicle, and a commitment to exceptional service to the HOA communities we serve.
