Colorado (Denver Metro Preferred) or Relocation to Glenwood Springs, CO CMCA, AMS, and PCAM Professionals Encouraged to Apply Are you an experienced Community Association Manager (CAM) , HOA Manager , or Portfolio Community Manager looking for a leadership opportunity with a growing organization? We are seeking a Senior HOA Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations throughout Colorado. This role is ideal for an experienced HOA professional with expertise in Board relations, portfolio management, HOA operations, community governance, budgeting, financial management, covenant enforcement, vendor management, and Colorado HOA compliance. As a trusted advisor to HOA Boards, you will guide community operations, support Board decision-making, manage vendor relationships, oversee financial performance, and help communities thrive. Denver-area candidates are preferred; however, relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates interested in relocating to Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to HOA Boards of Directors. Build strong relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and community stakeholders. Conduct regular community inspections and property visits. Board Relations & Governance Prepare and facilitate Board meetings, annual meetings, and executive sessions. Advise Boards on governance, operations, compliance, and community initiatives. Prepare agendas, management reports, meeting materials, and follow-up communications. Assist Boards with strategic planning and long-term community goals. Financial Management Prepare annual association budgets. Review monthly financial statements and variance reports. Support reserve planning and capital improvement projects. Monitor expenditures and financial performance. Vendor & Project Management Solicit bids and prepare RFPs. Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements. Oversee contractors, maintenance projects, and community improvements. Monitor vendor performance and project timelines. Compliance & Community Standards Administer and enforce governing documents, CC&Rs, rules, and regulations. Coordinate architectural review requests and approvals. Ensure compliance with Colorado HOA regulations and CCIOA requirements. Address homeowner concerns in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications Required 5+ years of HOA, Community Association Management, or Portfolio Community Management experience. Experience managing multiple homeowner associations. Experience working directly with HOA Boards of Directors.
Strong knowledge of:
HOA operations Community governance Budget preparation Financial statement review Vendor management Contract administration Covenant enforcement Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to assigned communities.
