In this role, you will support the overall operation of residential or commercial properties by assisting with leasing, tenant relations, administrative tasks, and property maintenance coordination. Your proactive approach and excellent customer service skills will ensure tenants and clients experience a seamless and positive property experience. Responsibilities Assist in leasing activities including property tours, application processing, and lease signing, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines. Support property management operations by maintaining accurate data entry in Yardi, software. Handle tenant inquiries, resolve conflicts professionally, and provide exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships. Coordinate property maintenance requests, track work orders through CMMS systems, and ensure timely resolution to uphold property standards. Manage legal administrative tasks such as reviewing contracts, understanding landlord-tenant law, and maintaining filing systems for legal documents. Conduct regular inspections of properties to monitor condition and facilitate necessary repairs or upgrades. Assist with rent collection processes, upselling additional services or amenities when appropriate, and maintaining detailed records of all transactions. Requirements Proven experience in multifamily property management Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant law, and legal administrative procedures. Proficiency in Yardi Excellent customer service skills combined with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities. Office experience with phone etiquette, contract review skills, and customer relationship management tools. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and filing tasks. Strong organizational skills complemented by a proactive attitude toward property maintenance and leasing activities.
