WHAT
ARE THE SPECIFICS OF THE JOB?
Serve as the primary point of contact and representative of both the community and company Oversee the daily operations of the apartment community while ensuring a positive resident experience Build strong resident relationships and foster a welcoming, inclusive community atmosphere Respond to resident concerns, questions, and requests in a professional and gracious manner Coordinate and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of work orders and property concerns Maintain accurate and complete resident files and documentation Conduct regular property inspections and communicate deficiencies to appropriate team members Assist with leasing activities including responding to inquiries, touring apartments, and supporting occupancy goals as needed Maintain detailed knowledge of community features, pricing, availability, policies, and local market competitors Organize and support resident engagement events, activities, and community initiatives Act as a resident advocate by communicating feedback and concerns to internal teams Support resident retention by helping create an exceptional living experience Assist with conflict resolution and enforce community policies professionally and consistently Perform additional duties as directed and support overall team and company initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of previous property management, community management, hospitality, or related experience preferred Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google systems Valid and non-expired driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when necessary to perform routine property or office tasks
