Vail Mountain Lodging is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help deliver exceptional service and support the daily operations of our vacation rental community. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, building strong relationships with owners and guests, and keeping operations running smoothly. Duties Include:

Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and homeowners, providing a welcoming experience and responsive support throughout their stay. Conduct daily inspections of buildings and private residences to ensure properties are maintained to high standards. Complete light maintenance, grounds upkeep, and property care tasks to support the overall guest and homeowner experience. Monitor property conditions, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate issues or needs to the appropriate teams. Act as the eyes and ears of the properties, helping ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.
