Schedule Part-Time Overnight/Night Shift Every Other Weekend Required Additional shifts may be available based on community needs What You'll Do Patrol buildings, grounds, and parking areas to maintain a secure environment Respond promptly to resident calls, emergencies, and security concerns Contact emergency services when necessary and assist first responders upon arrival Secure exterior doors and monitor campus access points Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic throughout the community Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation Identify and report maintenance and safety hazards Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, guests, and team members Respond calmly and professionally during emergency situations Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Current and valid Security Guard Card required Minimum of 2 years of security, law enforcement, military, public safety, or related experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent observation and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with limited supervision Professional demeanor with a strong customer service mindset Experience working with seniors is a plus Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Why Join Covenant Living?
