House Manager:

As a house manager you overseeing the residents at your particular group home, making sure they are properly cared for, safe and happy. You will also be directly training and supervising all house staff to make sure they are staying up to date with the needs of the residents & their own required trainings. As a house manager you will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Services, nurse consultants, DDS case managers, behavior consultants and others to aid in implementing the individual plans of the residents. You will work with families, parents & guardians to ensure they know their family member at our group home is living a happy, rewarding and meaningful life. This is an incredibly rewarding position for the right person. Job:
