Job Description

Looking for a skilled and motivated onsite community association manager to join our team! As an onsite community association manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our community association. You will work closely with the board of directors and other community members to ensure that our community runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community management, with experience in budgeting, maintenance, and communication. You should be comfortable working with a diverse group of people and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for community members, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Manage the community's finances, including creating and managing budgets, collecting dues and fees, and tracking expenses. Oversee the maintenance of the community's common areas, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and to the community's satisfaction. Work closely with the board of directors to ensure that all community policies and procedures are being followed.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in community management or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of people. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
