Key Responsibilities Maintain a professional, alert, and visible security presence Help protect residents, guests, employees, and assigned property Deliver exceptional customer service in English and Spanish Control access and verify residents, visitors, vendors, and deliveries Monitor entrances, surveillance cameras, and assigned checkpoints Conduct foot, vehicle, and property patrols Identify and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and security concerns Respond promptly and professionally to incidents and emergencies De-escalate conflicts using professional communication and sound judgment Complete accurate incident reports and daily activity reports Follow all post orders, emergency procedures, and property protocols Communicate effectively with supervisors and property management Protect the confidentiality and privacy of residents and guests Candidate Requirements Active Florida Class D Security License Must be fluent in English and Spanish Previous security or customer-service experience preferred Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish Sound judgment, integrity, and attention to detail Dependable attendance and punctuality Reliable transportation Ability to use a smartphone and basic computer systems Availability to work weekends and holidays when scheduled Valid government-issued identification and authorization to work in the United States Ability to pass all required background and pre-employment screenings Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour, based on experience and assignment Full-time and part-time opportunities Health insurance Paid time off Employee referral program Stable employment with an established company Professional luxury residential assignments Opportunities for advancement and additional assignments Apply Today!
