Job Description

We are a busy and vibrant property management office managing residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can handle multiple priorities, and wants an opportunity to learn and grow within the property management industry. What You'll Do Assist Property Managers with day-to-day management of properties Communicate with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, inspections, and vendor appointments Follow up on open work orders and property-related issues Assist with move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and property documentation Maintain accurate records and update information in our property management software Help prepare notices, emails, reports, and other correspondence Answer phones and assist clients and tenants with questions Support the team with general administrative and property management tasks Help make sure issues are followed through from beginning to completion Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with people Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced office Reliable and takes responsibility for getting things done Comfortable with computers, email, and learning new software A strong communicator by phone, text, and email A team player with a positive attitude Interested in learning and growing within property management Property management or real estate experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person. Experience with AppFolio is also a plus. Independent Contractor Compensation:
$20-$25 per hour, based on experience
