$45,000/year base + Tiered Build Commissions (Potential to exceed $60,000/year)

We are seeking an experienced, high-character, hands-on professional to manage and preserve a private estate. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled automotive mechanic who takes absolute pride in a clean shop environment and possesses the versatile skills required to maintain premium property grounds.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities & Duties:

Property Oversight & Standby Presence

• Serve as a reliable, secure local presence on the property grounds
• Coordinate directly with the estate owner to maintain an optimal, low-stress standby environment. Automotive Care & Fabrication (Shop-Focused)
• Maintain, service, clean, and detail a private collection of standard Handicaped van and Truck. Perform mechanical repairs, wiring, custom fabrication, out of a fully equipped, 2,000 sq. ft. air-conditioned facility
• Organize tools, manage parts inventory, and maintain a spotless, professional shop environment. Estate & Grounds Maintenance
• Manage daily lawn care, precision shrub maintenance, and care for premium landscaping assets (including hibiscus shrubs)
• Perform routine household repairs, structural upkeep, basic interior painting, and general manual labor tasks to preserve the beautiful condition of the estate. Property Oversight & Standby Presence
• Serve as a reliable, secure local presence on the property grounds
• Coordinate directly with the estate owner to maintain an optimal, low-stress standby environment.

Mandatory Background & Screening Requirements:

Pay:
