In this role, you will oversee daily operations, foster positive relationships with residents and vendors, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and maintain the overall health and safety of the community. Your energetic approach and strong leadership skills will drive community satisfaction, operational excellence, and property value growth. This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in vibrant residential environments. Duties Manage all aspects of community operations, , maintenance coordination, vendor relations, and resident engagement Utilize property management software such as Yardi or OneSite to track leases, rent payments, work orders, and resident data efficiently. Administer property maintenance requests and coordinate facilities management to uphold community standards. Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing systems, and administrative processes. Handle conflict management situations professionally while fostering positive relationships among residents, staff, and vendors. Conduct regular inspections to ensure property upkeep aligns with safety standards and regulatory compliance. Prepare reports on community performance metrics and assist in budgeting processes. Skills Strong understanding of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, contracts, and legal administrative procedures. Excellent customer service skills complemented by phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities. Proven experience in property management, leasing negotiations, facilities management, and real estate administrative tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently through data entry, filing systems, and office experience. Skilled in negotiation tactics for vendor contracts; upselling amenities to enhance resident satisfaction. Effective conflict management techniques to resolve disputes amicably while maintaining community harmony. Competence in handling property maintenance issues promptly using facilities management tools; familiarity with office administrative practices is essential.
