Position Overview The Arc Tampa Bay is hiring a Residential Group Home Program Manager to oversee two group homes serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). This role ensures quality care, staff supervision, and full regulatory compliance. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of two group homes Hire, train, schedule, and supervise direct support staff Coordinate medical appointments and resident care needs Develop monthly activity calendars Handle grocery shopping and household needs Ensure compliance with Florida Medicaid Waiver Provider standards, APD, and Qlarent Maintain audit readiness and accurate documentation Promote a safe, structured, and engaging environment Qualifications Experience working with I/DD population ( required ) Supervisory or management experience ( required ) Prior experience working in a group home setting Strong organizational and leadership skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:
