May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

We need someone who has the desire to work hard, excel, and grow within a great company. The Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily community, overseeing leasing, resident relations, and on-site staff to maintain high occupancy and resident satisfaction. This role manages the property's budget, rent collection, and vendor relationships while ensuring the community is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with fair housing and local regulations. The Property Manager works closely with ownership and the regional/portfolio team to track occupancy trends, control expenses, and execute leasing and marketing strategies that drive performance. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to handle resident concerns, coordinate maintenance requests, and lead a small on-site team. This is a hands-on, on-site role requiring someone who can balance operational detail with a resident-first, culture-driven approach to property management. Proficiency in AppFolio Property Manager is required.
Work hours:
8:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday, 1+ Saturday/month Hourly wage: $22-24/hour
Overtime:
Available, and encouraged Incentive structure: Opportunity to earn an additional $20,000+ in monthly and quarterly performance bonuses.
