Position Summary Catalonia Management Company is seeking a Portfolio Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio consisting of approximately 190 units (139 residential and 51 commercial) located primarily in Coconut Grove, Hialeah, and Little Havana. The Portfolio Property Manager will be responsible for maximizing occupancy, collections, resident retention, property condition, regulatory compliance, and overall portfolio performance. This individual will serve as the primary operational leader for the portfolio while working closely with ownership on strategic initiatives and long-term asset performance.
