Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager with a passion for community and excellence to join our esteemed Richman Signature (Luxury) Team.

Responsibilities Duties to also include leasing responsibilities, such as showing units, processing applications, and closing leases Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewals Verify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously Manage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi software Conduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processes Lead leasing activities and support resident relations and social event planning Supervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property Manager Rent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepancies ✅
Position Requirements Education:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant and Leasing position Experience with Yardi software is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), with strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skills Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus Valid Driver's License required Benefits Competitive pay and benefits package Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Opportunities for student loan repayments and tuition reimbursement Paid sick time, vacation time, and opportunities for career advancement Join Our Team If you're seeking a rewarding career opportunity with one of the top Property Management organizations in the country, we want to hear from you!
