Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

In this role, you will be the driving force behind our site's success—handling everything from customer relations and leasing to maintenance oversight and administrative health. Key Responsibilities Leasing & Tenant Management:
Handle the complete rental lifecycle, including executing lease agreements, welcoming new tenants, and managing contract renewals.
Customer Experience:
Deliver top-tier service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving tenant issues, and utilizing strong negotiation skills to maintain high satisfaction.
Facility Operations:
Supervise daily maintenance, ensure the property remains clean and secure, and oversee regular upkeep of storage units and common grounds.
Tech & Admin:
Utilize industry software (Yardi, OneSite, etc.) for precise data entry, reporting, and digital record-keeping.
Compliance & Legal:
Navigate regulatory requirements confidently, including landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, Section 8, and LIHTC standards.
Security & Inspections:
Conduct routine walk-throughs to audit security protocols, mitigate risks, and schedule necessary facility repairs.
Financial Performance:
Oversee the property budget and identify opportunities to upsell premium services and maximize revenue.
What We Are Looking For Industry Background:
Direct experience in property management, ideally within the self-storage sector or a comparable real estate niche.
Software Savvy:
Familiarity with POS systems is highly advantageous.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Solid understanding of landlord-tenant legalities and common self-storage legal issues is helpful.
Leadership & Communication:
Natural ability to guide a team, defuse conflicts, and communicate professionally via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Operational Know-How:
