• What You'll Do:

• + Assemble boat components, hardware, and accessories according to specifications + Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently + Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and production schedules + Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met + Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment + Maintain a clean and safe work area + Assist with material handling and product movement throughout production •✅

What We're Looking For:

• + Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, construction, or mechanical experience preferred + Comfortable using hand and power tools + Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Reliable attendance and positive attitude + Ability to work independently and as part of a team
