As an Account Manager Landscape Services, you will play a vital role in managing a diverse portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and portfolio profitability. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, partnering closely with the Operations team to provide tailored solutions and drive both client and company success. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention. Lead contract renewal processes, including pricing reviews and value-based discussions, to reinforce the benefits of company services. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities in landscape enhancements, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and pest control to maximize client satisfaction and revenue. Conduct regular site visits and performance reviews with clients to assess service quality, address concerns, and discuss property needs. Respond promptly and effectively to client requests, issues, and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service. Perform property inspections to ensure quality, safety, and curb appeal, coordinating with Operations to address any corrective actions. Manage budgets, job costs, and gross margin targets for assigned accounts, reviewing financial reports and adjusting as needed to maintain profitability. Lead the sales and management of enhancement projects from proposal through completion, preparing accurate estimates and persuasive presentations. Develop and maintain comprehensive maintenance schedules and annual service calendars for each property. Coordinate with Operations regarding labor, equipment, and materials allocation to meet project timelines and service expectations. Promote and enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with all job site and equipment safety regulations. Oversee accurate entry of time, materials tracking, and reporting processes to maintain transparency and accountability. Support the training, development, and performance management of assigned teams, fostering a collaborative and accountable work environment. Qualifications Experience in account management, sales, or operations, preferably within the landscape or service industry. Strong client relationship and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport. Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Financial acumen in budgeting, job costing, and margin management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email, and CRM/operations software (preferably Aspire). Strong planning and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges. Professional demeanor and ability to handle difficult situations calmly. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative, hands-on approach. The job will involve spending 90% of the time outside, driving from site to site, and speaking with clients. Must be a local candidate within the SWFL areas.
