Job Description

Vi Living is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to residents in our luxury continuing care senior community. In this onsite role, you will perform assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage complex clinical needs, and update individualized care plans. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, guide CNAs, and support residents and families with education and compassionate communication in a resident-first, service-focused environment. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing assessments and skilled interventions for senior residents in a continuing care setting. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to provider orders and nursing standards. Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor resident conditions, document accurately in the EHR, and promptly report changes to providers and leadership. Educate residents and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans to support optimal outcomes. Promote infection control, resident safety, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of care. Coordinate with CNAs and other team members to ensure timely, resident-centered service. Participate in shift handoffs, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
