Job Description
Resort Management, a premier full service condominium and homeowner association management company, is seeking a full time Experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager . Resort Management has over 350 properties in the Southwest Florida marketplace and is focused on establishing a professional and service oriented atmosphere. As a member of the Resort team, your duties would include, but are not limited to: Act as a liaison between the Board of Directors, vendors, homeowners and staff for a variety of properties. Effectively communicate and provide guidance to the Boards on common policies per the state statutes and local requirements. Establish and maintain Rules and Regulations for each property. Maintain fiscal responsibility through effective coordination and communication with Accounts Payable, Receivable and Financial staff. Coordinate vendor and site inspections, documenting and correcting violations and corrections. Obtain bids from vendors and coordinate work through completion with onsite staff. Attend Board Meetings and manage onsite staff. Essential Requirements include : CAM License required 5+ years direct CAM experience minimum Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to multi-task while remaining organized is critical to this position Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook Experience with Vantaca is a plus Pay is based on experience and negotiable depending on verifiable work experience as a licensed CAM As a Resort employee, you will enjoy a competitive benefits package which includes medical, dental and vision plans as well as paid holidays, vacation and personal days.
