Simple IRA matching Simple IRA Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Wellness resources We are seeking an experienced Residential Floor Supervisor to lead the daily, 24/7 administrative and operational functions of our residential treatment facility. In this role, you will provide strategic leadership and daily oversight to our facility support floor staff. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, driving operational efficiency, and optimizing daily scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct the daily work of the facility support floor staff, including assisting with recruiting, performance management, and shift scheduling. Monitor attendance and maintain adequate shift coverage across a 24/7 work schedule to ensure high-quality care across morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Coordinate logistics for residents' daily living activities, including meals, medication passes, group schedules, coordinate residents' on-site activities, recreational outings, and transportation. Respond immediately to urgent behavioral crises, guiding staff on proper de-escalation and safety protocols. Conduct weekly and monthly staff meetings and training.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma Bachelors Preferred Strong working knowledge of behavioral health regulations At least 2 years of Residential experience required. At least 2 years of Supervisory experience. Able to work with a diverse range of clients and staff. Exceptional leadership, de-escalation and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Computer Literate
