Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM No Weekends A growing multifamily housing organization is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of two nearby apartment communities in Fort Myers. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for property performance, team development, resident relations, leasing operations, budgeting, and overall community operations. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of two nearby apartment communities totaling approximately 130 units Drive occupancy, revenue, resident retention, and overall property performance Lead, coach, and develop onsite team members Partner closely with the Assistant Property Manager and onsite staff Recruit, train, and mentor employees Monitor budgets, expenses, and property financial performance Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies Handle resident concerns and maintain strong resident relationships Oversee reporting, administrative functions, and daily property operations Work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to maintain efficient community operations Communicate regularly with regional leadership regarding property performance and operational needs Qualifications 2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience required Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong leadership and team management experience Experience managing budgets and property financial performance Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Experience with occupancy management, resident relations, and leasing operations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team independently Real estate/realtor experience alone does not meet the required multifamily property management experience

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
