We specialize in renting, leasing, and selling homes in Alachua County. We are looking for someone with great communication skills. Some knowledge and experience in all of the duties & skills listed below will be required.
Duties Include:
Preparation of Contracts and Leases Record Keeping Data Entry Showing Rental Properties General Office Assistance as needed We are looking for someone with the following skills: Strong Work Ethic Knowledge of the Gainesville Area Basic Computer Skills (Word+Excel+Exchange+Outlook) Good Customer Service Strong Organizational Skills Ability to Prioritize and Multi-Task in a Relaxed Office Atmosphere Willing to Establish and Maintain Effective Working Relationships This is a Part-Time Position with the Opportunity to become Full-Time No Weekends Thank you!
