Essential Functions Administrative and Documentation Management Maintain organized and up-to-date records related to tenants and property operations Ensure timely and accurate availability of information to support decision-making Properly file and distribute physical documents Financial and Payment Support Process rental payments and assist with bank reconciliations and financial reporting Manage income tracking and detect irregularities to ensure financial accuracy Assist in budget preparation and information analysis Tenant Relations and Communication Maintain open communication with tenants and resolve requests efficiently Provide personalized attention with empathy and active listening Standard Keeper Ensure compliance with internal and legal regulations related to property management Monitor performance indicators and submit reports as required Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients Participate in improvement initiatives and competency development Qualifications & Requirements Technical degree or higher in Business Administration, Property Management, or related fields Minimum 1 years of experience in similar roles Customer service orientation, basic financial management, and property operations knowledge Understanding of local real estate regulations Proficient in English (B2) and Spanish (B2) How to
