What they do
A Property Manager manages operations for an apartment building or complex. Recruits and screens tenants for apartments, collects rents and security deposits, responds to requests or complaints from tenants, supervises maintenance and repairs; oversees payment of bills, insurance, taxes and recordkeeping. Manages property and services on behalf of a community association, for properties such as condominiums or cooperatives. Collects fees or dues, responds to requests or complaints, supervises maintenance, oversees work done by contractors, and provides accounting of income and expenses. May also assist owners or a board of directors with regulatory compliance or compliance with community association rules. Manages the operation of commercial or residential properties. Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Description
Primary responsibilities of this role:
Drive business expansion by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new property owners. Manage the day-to-day operations process, performance improvement, and strategy. Maintain, develop, and grow business as it relates to reservations and owner recruitment Serve as the first point of contact in handling staff inquiries and concerns. Assure all administrative tasks including systems for renters and owner, database management, information management, and office support run effectively. Ensure all vacation rental operations policies, practices, and standard operating procedures are in place. Effectively communicate with staff, customers, and associates on all levels. Manages objectives with a sense of urgency. Quickly diagnose and demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving problems. Reports to the Managing Broker.Requirements:
A High School Diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred Expertise with AirBnB and VRBO Platforms required An active FL Real Estate license is a plus 5+ years of experience within a customer centric business environment within the vacation rental or hospitality industry required Prior experience with AirBnb and VRBO platforms Previous experience with General Accounting principles and/or Bookkeeping is helpful and preferred Three years of Supervisory and/or Leadership experience, is preferred. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook and overall computer knowledge. Must have a proven track record with management, operations, or relevant experiences, preferably in the Real Estate industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding phone etiquette and ability to communicate in highly effective manner.Pay:
