Were looking for a Security Officer to bring that spirit to life at our Indian Shores location. In this hands-on role, youll be the calm, steady presence who keeps our guests, team, and spaces safe. From warm welcomes to quick, confident action in unexpected moments, youll make sure safety feels naturalnever intrusiveand always rooted in genuine care. If you lead with heart, notice the little things, and believe security can be just as inviting as it is dependable, wed love to meet you.
Here's What You'll Be Up To:
Patrolling resort grounds and buildings with purposespotting anything out of place before it becomes a problem.

Responding quickly and thoughtfully to emergencies, incident reports, and guest or team member needs.

Managing keys,maintaininglock systems, and coming to the rescue when a guest is locked out of their room or safe.

Supporting the lost & found processbecause sometimes vacation brain strikes.

Guiding vendors, guests, and tour groups where they need to go.

Checking IDs and lending a hand with after-hourscheck-ins, especially on overnight shifts.

Keeping detailed daily activity reports andaccuratepatrol logsbecause every detail matters.

Stepping in to help with other duties asneededsecurityhereisntjust arole,itsa way of thinking.
You're Great Because:
You have a high school diploma or GED (preferred).You already hold, or are eager to earn, a valid Class D Security License (FL).First Aid, CPR, and AED certified? Wonderfulif not,wellhelp you get there.

Yourecomfortable with basic tech, including Microsoft Office, and you take pride in writing clear, detailed reports.

You stay cool under pressure, think fast on your feet, and handle every situation with care.

Yourereliable, adaptable, and handle sensitive matters with discretion and respect.

Youre physically ready for the rolewalking, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting up to 50lbsis no problem.
Extra Points If:
You have 6+ months of experience in security, facilities, or guest service.

Youreproactivespotting and solving issues before they happen.

You thrive in a diverse, people-first team environment.
