You will:

? Coordinate and lead all community-related meetings ? Serve as the primary liaison between the Board and management company ? Oversee vendor services, contracts, and financial management ? Manage budgets, financial reporting, and invoice processing ? Lead preventative maintenance and capital improvement initiatives ? Guide insurance program coordination ?
