Job Summary Villagers Choice Pool & Spa, located in Leesburg, FL is seeking a working supervisor. Candidate
MUST HAVE
the following ; Experience with residential pool building with gunite; shotcrete preferred. Must have direct and hands on trade knowledge with pool plumbing and equipment. Must have good references, clean drivers license, and work history. Must have experience managing a schedule and up to 5 people. Responsibilities Work directly with the owner to schedule jobs. Work directly with clients for their projects. Work with vendors for materials and deliveries to job site. Manage sub contractor crews assigned to projects. Skills ONLY apply if you have real hands on experience. ONLY apply if you are committed to working for a small family run company. Benefits for Candidate This is a small company. You will have direction and discretion with your role and responsibilities. The company will provide a work truck, gas card, flexible time off, comp time, and a retirement-investment bonus every quarter to add to the compensation and overall pay structure.
Pay:
$48,880.66 - $65,000.00 per year
